David and his team have been excellent to work with on our claim. After getting a lot of push back from the insurance company, they were able come in and get us the answers we were looking for. They have handled everything for us with the insurance company and have been very communicative throughout the process. I have had the great pleasure of working with David for many years but have never had the need for his assistance for a personal matter until recently. My aunt recently experienced a fire at her home. Unfortunately she was getting the run around from the insurance on her settlement. After much back and forth I called David to assist her, as I just didn't have the time with everything going on. He was able to help walk my aunt through everything and deal with the insurance on her behalf. At the end of it all my aunt was able to get the claim settled in the appropriate manor and get her paid out so she can finally start the repairs on her home. She is breathing a sigh of relief!
